Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to clients attending our Adult Day Health Center. Working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager, the LPN is responsible for assisting with the implementation of individualized care plans, monitoring client health status, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. The LPN will collaborate with interdisciplinary team reporting the Center Director to promote, safety, socialization, over all health management.

Working Conditions: The LPN position at the Adult Day Health Center involves direct interaction with clients in a healthcare environment. The role may require standing, walking, and lifting, as well as exposure to infectious diseases and bodily fluids. Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate the needs of clients and the operational requirements of the center.
